We are a company from China whom supplying quality mother and baby products to the world since 2011.

Q1. Do you have a minimum order price?

We do not set a minimum order amount, however orders weight less than 5kg will be charged at the 5kg shipping rate.

Q2. Can you shipping to my country?

We can ship to most countries and have a shipping template set up. If you can't find the shipping method on the order submission page, please contact us.

Q3. How is shipping charged?

We will calculate the shipping cost based on your location and the weight of your order. we use express such as UPS, FEDEX, DHL, DPEX, TNT etc. You may not be able to specify a courier due to scarcity of logistics resources.

Q4. How long does it take to get a tracking number?

Our order processing time is 72 hours, then we will send your order to our freight agent's warehouse in another city first, which will take about 48 hours. So normally you will get a courier tracking number within 1 week after payment.

During a pandemic, your parcel may have to wait in line to be shipped out due to the deterioration of transportation capacity in various countries.

Q5. Do I have to pay import duties?

As import duties and VAT are the purchaser's responsibility, we are unable to pay on their behalf. Some countries are strict in customs and may require import license qualification. Please contact us once the order placed.

Some shipping channels offer customs clearance packages for the United States and some other countries. Please contact us if you need assistance.

Q6. What should I do if I have a quality problem with my product?

Please contact us and we will issue you a refund or reissue it to you in your next order.

Q7. Are all the products in the store in stock?

Our local retail business, wholesale business, export business, and cross-border e-commerce all share the same warehouse, making it very difficult to control inventory levels. We do our best to ensure that the products you purchase are in stock, and if they are out of stock, we will contact you to replace them.
